Open Call for Submissions

Paid Opportunity!

We are looking for contributors for the second issue of the Ghouls On Film Zine! This call is open to writers, illustrators, photographers and any other visual arts that can be translated to print.

The theme of this issue, in keeping with the Autumn 2022 Programme, will be Hysteria & Lunacy; considering films and wider feminist/horror related concepts that explore gaslighting, exploitation and broader issues around mental health.

Priority will be given to local (Irish), queer, non-binary and women creatives, however we welcome all applications.

All contributor’s will be paid for their work and will receive a free copy of the zine after printing.

We are looking to primarily publish new work, but if you have already created work that fits the brief send us a message and we can discuss the details. We are also open to collaborative pitches as well as working with you on finalising any ideas for your pitch, so for any further questions or guidance, contact us at ghoulsonfilmbelfast@gmail.com
